FREQUENCY RATES: Insertion dates must be agreed upon signing of contract and ads must be placed within one year of signed contract. COLOR: Rates for color ads are available upon request. CAMERA-READY ADS should arrive in .pdf, .jpg or .tiff formats. Ads must be in 300 dpi resolution. DEADLINE FOR AD RESERVATION is 16 days prior to publication. Once ad has been approved by client, $25 for ADDITIONAL CHANGES.
